DOMI AND TRAILER
This trailer weighs a little over 700 pounds and is easily pulled by Herbie. The trailer was manufactured in the old DDR (East Germany). Domi and Zainab used it while traveling through most of the lower 48 states. So far they have traveled through 46 countries.

DOMI & ZAINAB IN THEIR RIDGECREST HOME
Domi is talking with his master mechanic back in Austria about the problems with Herbie’s engine. Domi had to pull the engine in the love bug four times before he was able to get it running properly again.

DOMI & ZAINAB
This stunning couple is Domi (taking their photo) and Zainab. They are from Austria. At this time, they are in Ridgecrest, CA., where they are planning the South American part of their world journey. They are traveling around the world in a 1963 Volkswagen Herbie love bug. They tow an East-German made trailer to sleep in. This photo was taken last year when I first met them during their first visit to Ridgecrest.
